The Position SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER We are seeking a creative, self-driven, and organised Senior Interior Designer , who will provide support to the founder of an interior design consultancy services firm.

The Responsibilities

• Develop professional relationships with clients and work closely with them in planning interior design goals for their homes
• Perform site measurement, space planning & quotation
• Generate 3D Computerised perspective drawings and all construction detail drawings
• Prepare Construction Specification / Design Documentations / Material Selection
• Create design intent, colour scheme and material board presentations
• Manage communications between clients, contractors, consultants, and project managers on all project matters
• Provide support to the founder as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and renovation projects and operations are run efficiently

The Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' of experience in a similar field
• NITEC/HIGHER NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Design related field
• Proficient in Autocad, 3D Studio Max, V-ray, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office suite, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
• A team player who can design and prepare full sets of drawings from design intent to construction detailing
• Well-organized, detailed-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritise, with strong follow-up and tracking
• Proactive and willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
