The CompanyA boutique, fast-growing Interior Design Consultancy firm.The PositionSENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNERWe are seeking a creative, self-driven, and organised Senior Interior Designer, who will provide support to the founder of an interior design consultancy services firm.Position Highlights Flexible working arrangements Friendly and supportive environment Personal coaching by FounderThe Responsibilities Develop professional relationships with clients and work closely with them in planning interior design goals for their homes Perform site measurement, space planning & quotation Generate 3D Computerised perspective drawings and all construction detail drawings Prepare Construction Specification / Design Documentations / Material Selection Create design intent, colour scheme and material board presentations Manage communications between clients, contractors, consultants, and project managers on all project matters Provide support to the founder as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and renovation projects and operations are run efficientlyThe Qualifications Minimum 3 years' of experience in a similar field NITEC/HIGHER NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Design related field Proficient in Autocad, 3D Studio Max, V-ray, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office suite, with aptitude to learn new software and systems A team player who can design and prepare full sets of drawings from design intent to construction detailing Well-organized, detailed-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritise, with strong follow-up and tracking Proactive and willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challengeBenefits: Hybrid working arrangement Profit sharing incentives 20 Days of annual leave Annual bonus Medical and dental benefitsNote: We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified for interviews.
