Job Description
. Understanding client's requirements prior to commencement of design work . Responsible for all design, space planning and conceptualization of ideas (color scheme and materials) . . Preparation of proposals for design work (sketches and design work) . Drafting of quotations and work schedule to clients . Project management overseeing entire project workflow . Liaising between clients, contractors and vendors from start till project completion . Coordination with project team to ensure conformity to design criteria and construction regulations . Develop and prepare drawings and designs from initial ideas, sketches, specification sheets . Drafting of carpentry detailed drawings using relevant software . Understanding and communicate consequences of designs . Other ad-hoc duties assigned Requirements . Sales driven, proactive and meticulous, able to work independently, good presentation skills . Familiar with interior materials, furnishing, accessories and artwork . Candidates with/without experience are welcomed. . At least 1 year of working experience in the related field .
