Job Description

We are currently representing multiple local and multinational workplace Design and Build organizations which are rapidly expanding, to look for a Senior Interior Designer to join their expanding studios to serve their increasing pool of corporate clients ranging from mid-scale organizations to Fortune 500 companies.

Job Responsibilities:

-Develop creative and well thought through design solutions.

-Provide strategic thinking and analysis for a project being proposed.

-Provide necessary presentation materials such as Powerpoint presentation slides, presentation packages etc. to present and sell creative solutions to clients.

-Support Lead Designer in the project from beginning to the full completion of the project.

-Ensure all design changes and solutions are well implemented and coordinated into the project design documentation.

-Monitor design intent progression on site.

-Lead and mentor the Junior Designers.

-Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

-Good number of years of experience in corporate office interior design

-Extensive knowledge of design detailing and construction methodology

-Strong in conceptual design and space planning skills

-Able to work as part of a team independently; work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines

-Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

-Proficient in Sketchup, Photoshop, AutoCAD and/or 3D rendering software and MS Office
