THE ROLE

• Communicate with clients professionally and understand their requirements
• Propose and conceptualise design ideas and space planning based on clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirements
• Pitch design concepts and material recommendations to clients
• Liaise with project coordinator to prepare quotation and project schedule
• Handle and develop FF&E
• Oversee projects and ensure smooth and timely executions
• Able to effectively draft 2D, 3D and detailed drawings whenever required

WHAT WE EXPECT

• At least 6 years experience in interior design related field
• Independent, self-driven, enthusiastic
• Design-oriented with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to listen and implement top-level instructions from senior executives
• Able to work independently, as well as manage a team
• Proficient in SketchUp, Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3D rendering software, project management tools etc.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month Benefits:

Experience:

• Interior design: 6 years (Preferred)
• Sketchup: 3 years (Preferred)
