FULL-TIME SENIOR INTERIOR PROJECT DESIGNER

As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for design development and documentation, oversee and manage various interior design projects from conception to completion. You will also liaise and coordinate with external consultants and the client's team and other relevant parties, as well as the internal teams to ensure successful project delivery . This is a versatile position where you will be responsible for ideation, concept creation, interior planning and design, FF&E and material selection, attendance of project meetings, coordinate and construction site management work.





Responsibilities


Understand the project brief from designers/clients Developed designs and concepts based on the client's brief and budget Project research, conceptualize interior spaces across a broad spectrum of F&B, Retail, Hospitality, Office design Strong space planning skills and good understanding of detailing Ability to storytell concepts through text and imagery Ability to be a team player yet think and take decisions independently Develop, coordinate and implement the interior design of projects from concept design, to documentation of tender drawings, to construction Prepare construction, joinery and details drawings Prepare specifications for Furniture, Finishes and Equipment Technical Drawing (AutoCAD): Space Planning & Construction Drawing Liaison with contractors, external suppliers, consultants and client team as required by the project scope Experience of site management and construction supervision. Ability to assess and adhere to the project timeline and budget Experience and ability to manage design teams and external consultants
Qualifications


Graduate Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture Minimum of 5 years industry experience Minimum of 5 Years industry experience of project and construction management in Singapore Excellent communication and presentation skills AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Indesign) Microsoft (Excel, Powerpoint) Be a Team Player willing to take instructions and provide leadership values Self-driven, easy-going and open to learning new skills Keen to assist with general office tasks
