You will lead technology risk assessments, pre-audit planning and conduct independent and objective audit reviews across Honeywell\'s diversified organizations globally.

• Risk assessment and mitigation
• Team leadership and talent development
• Business processes execution and planning
• Internal controls processes assessment
• Execution of annual audit plans
• Limited-scope branch audits
• SOX 404 internal controls testing and results
• Metrics and dashboard reporting
• Macro factors analysis and update
• Remediation plans

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• Some experience in the areas of internal controls, internal audits, finance, or SOX compliance
• Recent Big 4 audit experience
• SAP audit experience
• Consulting experience, ACCA or CPA
• Some knowledge and experience in project management
• Ability to influence and motivate teams and develop talent
• Knowledge of Honeywell Accounting Policies, US GAAP, and internal auditing standards and requirements
• Conveys specific, observable, and/or measurable expectations for each assignment, and verifies understanding and agreement on deliverables and timeframes
• Consistently makes timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness
