The RoleReporting to Group Investment Manager, you will have the opportunity to support the Group's capital market activities. You will work in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment with frequent opportunities to interact with internal and external stakeholders.Role Summary . Coordinating the execution of the Group's fundraising activities across all deal types including working closely with internal (e.g., legal, finance, tax, management team) and external parties (e.g. external counsels, investment banks, investors). . Preparing and maintaining financial models and marketing materials of the Group. . Assisting in implementing sustainability framework, targets and ESG-related initiatives including working with external consultants to deliver on specific projects. . Participating in the Group's strategic investments and M&A activities in all aspects of the deal execution process, including due diligence, financial modelling, and negotiation of legal documentation. . Handling ad-hoc projects assigned by the management team.The Requirements . Bachelor's degree from a reputable university. . 2 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, asset management, private equity, transaction/ valuation advisory services. . Strong knowledge in financial modelling experience. . Exceptional attention to detail. . Enthusiasm and understanding of ESG/ sustainability topics. . Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. . Excellent time, people and project management skills.
