• Facilitating initial public offerings (IPOs), reverse takeovers (RTOs), privatization, fundraising, and other financial activities for corporations.
• Conducting thorough examinations and assessments of corporate governance structures and practices.
• Collaborating with legal advisors and accountants to create and review prospectuses and other pertinent documents.
• Assessing and scrutinizing document submissions to the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
• Coordinating roadshows to promote and facilitate the placement of the bank\'s equity capital market activities.
• Providing financial advisory services for mergers and acquisitions.
• Undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department or the company on an ongoing basis.

Experience Requirements :

• Proven track record in successfully executing at least three initial public offerings (IPOs) within the last five years
• Experience in executing IPOs for Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and/or Business Trusts, as well as expertise in equity capital market (ECM) distribution, including both IPOs and secondary fundraising activities.
• Strong background in executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) for both listed and unlisted clients would be advantageous.

Education Requirements :

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher, preferably in Business or a related discipline.
