JOB SUMMARY: To work with stakeholders and staff on all IT related matters in Singapore & global offices. To be responsible for technical issues and recommend solutions for changing needs. To manage JOB SUMMARY: To work with stakeholders and staff on all IT related matters in Singapore & global offices. To be responsible for technical issues and recommend solutions for changing needs. To manage projects and involved in implementation. To provide operations support including incidents & tickets, backup, account management such as creation and termination of user accounts in Windows, Active Directory, Office 365 and exchange admin center, workflow, log analysis, troubleshooting and installation, setting up of Desktop/Laptop/mobile/tablet device etc. To manage server room and working closely with Network Team as well as ad-hoc project Requirements: Diploma with relevant helpdesk experience Min 5 years of experience in information technology operations Strong experience in Microsoft technologies (Office365, AD, Server, Client OS, SCCM, AutoPilot), backup solutions Ability to work with minimal supervision Good troubleshooting and problem solving skill Interested candidates, please forward your updated resume in MS WORD format to [HIDDEN TEXT] EA Licence: 00C5393 Registration no.
