• IT manager who is having a strong experience in running an IT arm of small-mid scale company.
• Should have experience in delivering on IT infrastructure and services globally.
• Preferably someone from bio-tech/medical/manufacturing domain.

Responsible for the management of IT infrastructure and services globally, inclusive of all kinds of software used by the company globally. Provide strategic direction and operational processes in area of Information technology for the client. Be accountable for defining or improving IT Infrastructure, service level management, security and service continuity management.

• Develop the organization’s global IT architecture and IT vision and translate it into actionable goals.
• Lead and develop a global, proactive, high-performing team that effectively delivers robust services and exceptional employee experience.
• Responsible for managing the IT Infrastructure requirement of the company globally, including but not limited to IT Assets, business applications, cloud storage, server & computer infrastructure, networking, firewall & email security, ERP and other software etc.
• Develop the Business Intelligence infrastructure and services to deliver robust analytics across the enterprise that support data-driven decisions.
• Review, enhance, and update existing hardware, software an IT Infrastructure based on changing business needs.
• Drive IT continuous improvement – increase automation, control related risk, reduce human error factor, implement valuable IT/software initiatives the allow cost savings and/or other significant values to users.
• Develop and enhance the IT policies, procedures, best practices and KPIs on a Group level
• Identify future challenges in the IT landscape and develop mitigation strategies
• Formulate and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans
• Lead major IT-related project initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver optimal results.
• Work closely with all functions across various sites to determine the IT infrastructure needs.
• Ensure proper control/risk management and system/data security are in place.
• Regularly review & monitor data security compliances and maintain all security processes, tools and technology consistent with the regulatory requirements.

Required experience/skills:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 10+ years of IT operations and services experience with a minimum of 5+ years leading and managing the functions globally. Experience gained from manufacturing is highly preferable.
• Strong team management, stakeholder management and project management
• Strong working knowledge of architecture, design, implementation, and operations using cloud-first/SaaS solutions
• Proven track record of developing and managing IT Services and SLAs in a rapidly growing work environment.
• Ability to operate in a cross-functional / matrix environment spanning multiple time zones.
• Willingness to be hands-on and get actively involved in driving initiatives across the team and will be manageing a user base of 200-300 across different locations.
