Senior IT Product Manager is accountable for the ultimate success of the IT product! They create business value and meaningful digital disruption via understanding unmet business and users needs, setting the product strategy and roadmap, and leading the product development process with multi-functional teams to drive break-through IT capabilities with quality and agility.

Your team

This role reports to IT Product Director and will lead a multi-disciplinary IT delivery team.

• Deliver Financial Forecast Accuracy and Compliance

Responsibilities of the role

• Develop product strategy based on profound insights in business domain and end users
• Convert product strategy into product roadmap and backlog for development & delivery
• Lead engineering / development team to deliver product features with quality & agility
• Lead operations team to deliver superior support experience
• Govern 3rd party IT service providers for performance & compliance
• Manage the product financials to drive compliance and best value for the company

Role Requirements

• 8+ Years of IT Product Management experience
• Experience in CPG Retail Execution
• Proven track records of business and user value creation via break-through IT capabilities
• Proven track records of leading multi-disciplinary IT development team to deliver IT capabilities in both in-house and outsourced setting
• Proven mastery in Agile Software Development methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework
• Proven mastery in applying DevOps principles and practices in IT capability development
• Superior communication skill to drive business and IT alignments
• Superior leadership skill to motivate knowledge workers to perform at their peak
