As a Senior IT Service Manager at Sygnum you will not be “just” services – you will be shaping an environment that will be a blueprint for an entirely new industry – the future of finance. Tasks

  • You are responsible for specific services from external and internal providers (private cloud, public cloud, SaaS services).
  • You ensure an active and proactive service level management (contract, reporting, relationship, and financial management in terms of operational excellence and continuously develop this further using the latest methods and tools.
  • You will be actively involved in the continuation of the IT service catalog and manage the associated service level agreements. You are the product owner of future ITSM Solution.
  • You will be jointly responsible for service management processes as well as change/release and provider management.
  • You will play a key role in defining, agreeing, and implementing the service level management structure in terms of organization, methods and standards.
  • You know and apply agile methods in connection with service management and can develop them further.
  • You are actively involved in projects, create/lead tenders independently or take over (partial) project management in the context of service management.
Requirements
  • You have a completed apprenticeship and/or a degree in computer science or business informatics or comparable training.
  • You have at least ITIL Foundation or expert-level education.
  • You have experience in provider management, cloud service management as well as continuous service improvement.
  • You are familiar with multi-cloud services and have several years of experience to take over the main responsibility for service and provider management.
  • You proactively promote and engage in good collaboration with business and IT.
  • You are generally comfortable with an 80-100% English language working environment.
  • You strive to elevate others to succeed around you.
