• Engage in Day 2 software maintenance tasks, specifically concentrating on identifying faults and managing incidents.
• Assist with integration testing by identifying software errors and offering solutions or alternative methods.
• Work closely with clients and suppliers to efficiently address problems.
• Assess current business processes and software capabilities, providing suggestions for improvements.
• Guide and support a small group of software engineers while strategizing and providing preventative and remedial assistance to adhere to project\'s SLAs.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• Possesses at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Good experience in containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Possesses project management certifications (PMP, ITIL) and experience in practising Agile methodology (Scrum) are preferred.
• Having knowledge and/or hands on experience in using DevOps CI/CD tools like Git, Nexus, Selenium, and SonarQube would be added advantage.
