Ensure IT team answers fault calls and troubleshoot problems promptly . In charge of IT Team manpower deployment . Provide technical advice to IT team . Ensure protocols and procedures are adhere to . Attend meeting with clients needing IT consultation . Conducting IT research and drafting IT proposals . Drive team performance to ensure efficiency . Feedback to management on KPIs Requirements: . Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in IT related field . Related IT certifications . Good understanding of Windows Server administration, AD and Group Policy Management . Familiar in implementation of Servers ,Network, and Backup Systems . Well organized, proactive and self-directed, able to provide supervision to team members . Resourceful in using research to solve problems independently .
