What the role is:
As a Senior/ Lead Manager, SCAC (School Operations Excellence) in the Schools Division, you will lead the transformation of school operations through the development of educator-centric technical solutions; and create seamless school experiences through the meaningful use of student management and related systems. You will work closely with both internal and external partners to ensure that the digital tools directly enhance educator productivity and school administrative efficiency.
What you will be working on:

• Drive strategic alignment between student management system enhancements and MOE educational objectives; and ensure that the system updates directly support and improve school operations and educator productivity o Lead the orchestration of seamless product launches and system updates that minimise disruption to school operations and accelerate educator adoption o Establish and strengthen partnerships between schools, HQ divisions, and external vendors to ensure continuous feedback loops inform product development o Pioneer innovative approaches to school administrative workflows, leveraging process optimisation and emerging technologies to reduce educators' administrative burden o Develop and deliver comprehensive training and support programmes and communication materials that empower educators to optimally leverage digital tools for school administration o Build strong educator feedback mechanisms and capture authentic school operational needs to inform product priorities and continuous improvement

What we are looking for:

• Proven track record in managing user experience, operations management, or system implementation in educational or complex stakeholder environments o Demonstrated success orchestrating product launches or complex implementations involving technical dependencies o Excellent project management skills with experience in managing agile methodologies and change management/ cultural transformation initiatives o Highly organised, dynamic, and meticulous, with demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities in fast-paced environments o Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills with ability to navigate complexity and build consensus As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
