Responsibilities Provide legal advice to support the Publisher Partnerships team, including contract reviews and management of a variety of commercial agreements concerning the publishers, such as publisher and content distribution agreements, third-party vendor agreements, agency and service agreements. Lead the central publisher legal team responsible for publisher and voucher distribution matters globally, and manage the regional counsels on these matters in their markets. Provide end to end legal advice to senior stakeholders from management, business development, product, finance and tax, relating to new payment products, features and business lines from a publisher perspective. Collaborate cross-functionally, such as finance, tax, treasury, marketing and product, to support global projects. Help to build scalable, effective and efficient processes for legal and compliance review and onboarding of publishers. Requirements At least 8 years PQE, with experience gained at a reputable leading law firm Experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating cross border commercial transactions or agreements Strong business acumen, drafting, negotiation and client communication skills Strong problem-solving, decision-making and risk assessment capabilities, with good judgment and commitment to delivering results Experience within Fintech, payments or e-commerce industries will be advantageous Team management experience also very advantageous Highly organised, independent, and has excellent interpersonal skills Ability to handle pressure and work to challenging deadlines We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on gender, race, age, religion, disability, or other local protected class.
