Based in Singapore and reporting into the Director, the incumbent will support the Director of Legal & Co Sec in managing a broad range of commercial, legal matters across the enterprise. However, we also recognize that each individual has a unique blend of skills. Whether your strength is in consulting or in agreements, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do You will provide full legal support in respect of a broad spectrum of matters, including but not limited to rendering of legal advice and handling of agreements in respect of: Regulatory framework Commercial and legal implications Procurement contracts including IT contracts for procuring hardware, software, license, SaaS and relevant services Mobile applications and digital platforms, including collaboration and partnerships with various parties, provision of payment services and other projects across the organization Handling general corporate and commercial matters such as loan agreements and employment matters Handling claims, investigations, disputes and related litigation matters Who You Are You will need a degree in Law with a reputable tertiary institution You will need at least 8 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) in practice and/or in-house You should have excellent legal analytical skills and drafting and negotiation skills You will need strong business acumen to understand business goals and strategies You should have excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills You should have good initiative and with a strong sense of accountability You will need strong verbal and written communication skills You should be a good team player, independent and able to work with minimal supervision You should have the ability to work under pressure and tight timelines Benefits Competitive salaries Flexi Benefits Staggered working hours Medical Insurance Corporate Mobile Plans Singapore Pools welcomes you not for how you look, where you come from, or differences you may have.
