Drafting, reviewing, and assisting in the execution of contracts such as Sales & Purchase, Derivative Transaction, Time Charter Party
Assisting in the research of laws and regulations that will affect the company\'s operations
Assisting in the development of legal strategies and solutions
Collaborating with and supporting legal work with external law firms
Partnering with the business by understanding the business plan and the risks to do with the market
Liaising with the Corporate Secretary
Maintain proper inventory control
Any ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelors in Law and above or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of Singapore laws is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
