Senior Legal Executive ($5000 $7000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$7K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and assisting in the execution of contracts such as Sales & Purchase, Derivative Transaction, Time Charter Party
- Assisting in the research of laws and regulations that will affect the company\xe2\x80\x99s operations
- Assisting in the development of legal strategies and solutions
- Collaborating with and supporting legal work with external law firms
- Partnering with the business by understanding the business plan and the risks to do with the market
- Liaising with the Corporate Secretary
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any ad-hoc assignments
- Diploma or Bachelors in Law and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of Singapore laws is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
