Looking for a Senior Logistics Executive who has experience in managing logistics operations for a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.

Our Client is a world leading manufacturer in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. With the growing business pipelines and large investments, they are currently expanding and setting up a new manufacturing site. They aim to maintain and improve their current performance both locally and regionally of which they are seeking for a Senior Logistics Executive to be based at their new plant in Singapore.

Description

You will be reporting to the manager directly. The majority of your responsibilities will include managing the operations of logistics and ensuring that all materials and products are delivered to the customers on time.

Your responsibilities include:

• To ensure effective logistics operations and maximise resources for product distribution to meet customer expectations as well as manage inbound/outbound processes of shipments
• Manage regulatory authority compliance for import/export licenses, permits, and shipment clearances of control substances
• When applicable, make sure raw materials or products that are being imported or exported are listed in TaCOS
• Provide support in raising a ticket to the Data Service Team when requested
• Ensure compliance of licensed materials that are stored in internal and external warehouses
• To provide support on logistics for NPI and manage projects related to logistics
• To provide constant improvement for warehouse and logistics
• To prepare relevant documents for inbound/outbound shipping using SAP system
• Project Management

Profile

You should have a Degree in Engineering / Business or other relevant disciplines and have some years of related working experience in supply chain planning. It is essential that you possess strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and have strong presentation skills. You should have the basic understanding of supply chain process and be able to process large amounts of data with computer skills such as Microsoft Tools and ERP systems.
