Senior Manager Regional Make Excellence

This position reports into the Sr Dir APAC Make Excellence | SC MFG_OPS Process and is based either in Singapore, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia , China or Korea

What You Will Do

• Represent MAKE in the Franchise Supply Chain LT as extended member.

• Support Portfolio management working closely with Value Stream Leaders to improve profitability, agility, and customer experience.

• Drive E2E benchmarking, analytics, and simplification

• Develop and deploy the rituals, cadence, and measures to have a new way of orchestration to efficiently work on all projects to proactively manage risks.

• Forge internal collaboration across the plants, SC pillars, leveraging Cross-functional perspectives to create effective solutions & share best practice.

• Leads the capability building in the region for Essential Health Sites via deployment of the transformational programs and rapid adoption of best-in-class practices

• Help execute MAKE Digital Transformation aligned with the E2E Supply Chain digitization and Smart Operations roadmap.

• Participate in the Kenvue operating system deployment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• DRI for excellence in execution through deployment and governance of global programs (JJ) Production systems/Operating System, Zero Based Budgeting, Operator Asset care/Equipment

• Owner/Small Group Activities) to elevate the manufacturing capabilities.

• Provides leadership and shape a high performance and continuous process improvement culture, driven by metrics, benchmarking, and best practices

• Leads the deployment of the global MAKE strategy within the region (3-4 internal sites external sites)

Strategy

• Co-shapes the global MAKE strategy and standardization priorities in collaboration with E2E Team

• Leads the regional deployment of the Consumer MAKE strategic roadmap and translates actions into OGSM

• Enables decision making by bringing benchmark market and competitiveness data

• Shapes Digital Transformation & SMART Operations initiatives aligned with the E2E Supply Chain digitization roadmap.

Capabilities & Programs

• Leads the capability building in the region via deployment of the transformational programs and

• rapid adoption of best-in-class practices

• Ensures flawless roll out and execution at regional & site level of core programs and initiatives, in

• order to elevate MAKE capabilities of the region (systems, process, people, organizational).

• Drives key programs and initiatives are indicatively: JJOS/PS, ME2, Zero Defects/Quality

• Excellence, CIP Innovation Lab, Operator / Technician Academy, etc.

• Organizes the regional capabilities review process

• Provides leadership and sponsorship of a high performance and continuous process

• improvement culture, driven by metrics, benchmarking and best practices

• Regional Consumer MAKE LT, including all Consumer site leaders in the region

• Global Consumer MAKE Excellence organization

• Consumer MAKE Finance

• Senior Consumer SC Leaders

• E2E Franchise SC Teams

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications, Experience, and key competencies

• Multiyear experience in MAKE is required with 10 years of experience overall SC, Operations, Project Management

• Solid financial and analytical skills

• Effectively partner, influence, and deliver results in a matrixed environment and multicultural region.

• Lead the analysis of complex business processes using various tools such as process mapping, financial modelling, metrics, measures, and statistical tools

• Ability to lead a team of professionals with diverse skills and competencies spanning business. and technical - located remotely.

• Influence others in a complex matrix organization

• Analyse complex issues using critical thinking, problem solving, sound judgment skills

• Work in an Agile environment & drive agile thinking across the MAKE organization.

• Drive Network & technology transformation

• Demonstrates Servant leadership via Lean-Agile Practices (Scrum Master).

• 10-20% travel is required.
