The Strategy Planning & Analysis (SP&A) team at Marina Bay Sands is a highly visible centralized function that is aligned and deeply entrenched within departments throughout the company. The team is responsible for partnering with senior leaders in areas of strategic planning, analysis, development, marketing, operations, and cross-functional projects.

The Senior Manager of Casino Design & Styling will be part of a small, agile, fast-paced, and high-impact group that will support the needs of the team through research, analysis, project management, and executive presentations.

Job responsibilities:

• Manage end to end design, styling, selection, and installation of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) and Operating Supplies & Consumerable (OS&C) program for Gaming Operations across the resort.
• Prepares design proposals with materials, concept images and color selections.
• Liaise and discuss design concerns/issues with operational stakeholders and design consultants.
• Ensure that all FF&E and OS&E procured by operations follows the same design intent that Design team has used for the project.
• Work together with gaming departments and development teams to develop a consistent product within our premium and mass gaming spaces.
• Work closely with procurement team to source for materials and gathers cost estimates for budgeting.
• Conduct workshop sessions or presentations to convey design concepts and get approvals from executive stakeholders.
• Review and approve samples of FF&E and OS&E items (where possible) and compares the design drawings and materials submitted before final production.
• Involvement in the design development and project administration. Track and monitor project progress, delivery, and installation timelines.
• Provide early warnings and mitigation recommendations to management when risks are identified.
• Able to participate and present comments on consultant/vendor progress during meetings.
• Collaborate with Gaming Teams to ensure the design integrity of FF&E and OS&C items is not diluted post-opening through robust and auditable quality assurance processes.
• Execute special projects as assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements:

Education & Certification

• Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design or equivalent.

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in interior design projects or similar industries.
• Strong in design detailing and good knowledge of materials
• Knowledge of casino or 5-star hospitality industries is a strong plus.
• Prior experience in communicating with senior leadership on strategic projects.
• Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders to create a cohesive strategy.

Competencies

• Must have strong PC skills, including advanced knowledge of Bluebeam Revu, MS PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and MS Excel. If candidate is not well versed with certain tools, then must be willing to quickly learn these tools and develop competence to an \xe2\x80\x9cexpert\xe2\x80\x9d level.
• Must have strong interpersonal, communication and PowerPoint presentation skills; the ability to create clear and concise presentations for Executive Management is critical.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and busy environment while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Must maintain a positive attitude toward work and interface with team members in a professional, respectful manner.
• Must be self-motivated and resourceful; able to multi-task and focus on delivering results.
