The Senior Manager of Organisational Development (OD) will be a member the People Development and Experience team. He/she will be responsible for driving and implementing transformation efforts in CAG that will accelerate shift toward an innovative c The Senior Manager of Organisational Development (OD) will be a member the People Development and Experience team. He/she will be responsible for driving and implementing transformation efforts in CAG that will accelerate shift toward an innovative culture. This involve the design and implementation of impactful change interventions, to build the CAG workforce with mindset, skillsets and behaviors. In doing so, he/she is expected to meaningfully bring the CAG community along the transformation journey and in line with CAG's strategic goals. Areas of responsibilities include to drive and implement change interventions, design and facilitate conversations with leaders at various levels to drive sustained practice, coordinate and run experiments to change the way we work, and to put in place platforms and processes across CAG. The role will also oversee the initiatives to improve employee engagement and employee experience touchpoints, to allow for continuous listening and to make CAG a great place to work in. The individual will lead and guide a team, to design and operationalise initiatives across workstreams. The individual will also partner with key stakeholders across CAG, including top management and senior business leaders, and across units within People Team, to effectively design and implement impactful change strategies. A strong track record in designing and driving change, culture building and employee engagement, as well as proven ability to effectively engage at senior leadership levels, are essential for this role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design, recommend and implement interventions to drive sustained organisational high-performance and employee engagement, as well as to define, socialise and reinforce the CAG cultural mindset, skillsets and behavioral shifts Give a systemic view and take actions to build and strengthen CAG's culture e.g. through internal communication, facilitated dialogue sessions, partnering with other teams in People Team (PT) to align policies, systems, processes and programs to drive desired behaviors. Work across teams and workgroups, to champion and influence CAG's change journey Provide expert and credible recommendations on change management approaches/ tools and work on experiments to gather data & insights on the way we work Provide coaching and advisory to Strategic Business Partners and Line Leaders to support change management initiatives. Oversee the design and implementation of the employee engagement survey and continuous listening in CAG to obtain insights into employee experience and develop appropriate action plans. Partner with PT Strategic Business Partners to ensure employee engagement focus areas and action plans at the line level are aligned with company-level direction. Provide guidance and mentorship to team, in designing and operationalizing initiatives across workstreams. QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Passion for creating the best employee experience, deep curiosity in understanding what drives employee and organisational behavior, and strong desire to bring people on board in any change effort. Strong track record in driving and managing change at large-team and organisational levels. Ability to perform in an environment of ambiguity and change. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience in engaging senior level stakeholders. Strong analytical capacity, using metrics/data to influence and advise. The ability to identify the right data needed, design data collection, and synthesise data to inform OD strategies and initiatives is required. Business savvy and ability to translate recommendations to business impact and outcomes. Strong 'people person' who can connect with employees at all levels in the organisation. Proven track record in effectively organizing a team in delivering results 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in designing and implementing change and OD programs in consulting or corporate roles. Degree/certification in I/O psychology or Organisation Development would be advantageous
