Drive value creation through effective category management practices, ensuring alignment with project goals and key business requirements such as cost, quality, time, and safety.
Lead end-to-end supplier management processes, including RFQ creation, market research, negotiation, performance evaluation, and relationship management. Ensure robust contract management practices to optimize terms and conditions, mitigate risks, and foster strategic partnerships.
Identify and develop relationships with potential new suppliers, including startups, to enhance supplier diversity and innovation. Stay abreast of market trends and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement and competitiveness.
Oversee warehouse and inventory management processes to optimize stock levels, minimize carrying costs, and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment for project requirements.
Lead and mentor a team in performing procurement activities (purchase order, service order, service entry, RFQ, tender etc), providing guidance, coaching, and support in their professional development. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the procurement team.
Collaborate with the Group Legal and Finance to establish, streamline and ensure compliance with Group Tender Policy and Procurement Policy as well as other key policies. Implement and execute the Source to Contract process to drive efficiency and consistency across procurement activities.
Obtain buy-in from diverse business stakeholders to drive process improvement as well as alignment and execution of category strategies. Operate effectively in an agile and cost-competitive environment, balancing strategic objectives with operational constraints.

Job Requirement
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent with at least 15 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in procurement management; minimum 5 years of managerial experience
Excellent team player with exceptional communication skills. Demonstrated ability to convey concise messages, to influence change, and to gain consensus cross functional groups
Strong leadership and people management skills, with proven experience in leading and developing procurement teams.
Expertise in strategic category management, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiation.
Proficiency in inventory management principles and practices.
Able to carry out the responsibilities effectively
Be activated during off office hours for emergency work exigencies
