Job Description


This role will support the Group and International BU in public relations, thought leadership, executive and employee communications and branding. The role will be anchor to help shape the branding of the Group across the region, building on our strengths as a trusted, people-centric and innovative integrated logistics service provider across the Asia Pacific region.

The role will be responsible to drive the overall Group and International BU integrated communications programs. The scope includes executive and internal communications, media engagement, public relations and crisis comms management. The person will shape and promote the thought leadership and advocacy amongst various stakeholders (employees, customers and business partners).

With 8 to 10 years of corporate communications experience, you will have a strong flair for writing and handling senior stakeholders for both public speaking and media-related activities.

  • Corporate Communications including executive profiling, speaking opportunities, industry visits, group-wide communication materials
  • Media Relations for Corporate and International BU including proactive media pitching, press announcements, media-related initiatives, and management of appointed PR agency to get the best outcome
  • Annual and half-yearly results release preparation, and organizing the media briefing, and managing the annual report.
  • Employee engagement initiatives for Corporate and International BU including townhall, intranet, communication materials to promote brand advocacy and position as Employer of Choice
  • Branding and thought leadership related initiatives to build on the insights and promote the brand
  • Rendering editorial support to International BU/GDT/HR on marketing and communication materials
