We are seeking an exceptional, confident senior manager responsible for managing overall account team performance related to client service and quality control on multiple, sizable pieces of business to join our Reputation team. • Understands clients\' businesses and their missions, as well as their key stakeholders: consumers, employees, investors, regulators, media, vendors, partners, and other businesses/organizations, etc.
• Leads research, planning, creative ideation, and development of comprehensive integrated communications campaigns.
• Ability to manage large projects, as well as teams, on multiple sizable accounts.
• Responsible for influencer engagement & media relations.
• Demonstrates writing excellence when crafting internal and client correspondence, communications plans, press materials, new business proposals, etc.
• Tracks and monitors project financials (e.g., budget vs. actual) and meets client revenue targets.
• Grows account organically by introducing clients to relevant Edelman capabilities, including resources outside of the group, to advance their business goals.
• Grows network of industry clients and participates in relevant professional organizations and networking activities that will grow Edelman\'s brand recognition and own reputation.
• Initiates new business processes, including identifying new business opportunities and helping lead the RFP response process
• Displays strong presentation skills.
• Mentors, coaches, and supports all team members and ensures staff is developing abilities through Edelman Learning Institute and other training, including on-the-job training and mentoring.

What is required of you:

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, and/or related fields, including research, advertising, management consulting, media, or publishing.
• Consumer PR experience in retail, technology, travel, and healthcare sectors is an advantage.
• Superior writing and verbal communication skills, specifically writing to persuade; demonstrated ability to effectively multitask, delegate and manage assignments, and evaluate others\' work.
• Understanding global sector trends, focusing on Asia / Southeast Asia region and the ability to draw insights from this understanding to counsel clients.
• Stays up to date with emerging technologies and trends and demonstrates an understanding of how they integrate into integrated marketing programs.
• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university.
