Job Description

We are currently working with one of the largest diversified real estate groups in the region to look for a Senior Manager, Engineering & Sustainability (Facilities M&E) to join its team in undertaking a broad scope of work across the group. Job Responsibilities:
-Lead and offer technical and operational support to Property Management teams, which includes testing and commissioning M&E systems for new developments and providing recommendations to minimize costs.
-Conduct feasibility studies for engineering solutions, A&A/AEI works, reconfigurations, change of use, and life cycle costing.
-Provide technical guidance and draft technical specifications for M&E equipment/services (e.g., ACMV design), M&E upgrading projects, and Capex planning.
-Develop and maintain M&E and Operational guidelines for new and AEI projects.
-Advise on ACMV system design and M&E services to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
-Review M&E maintenance scopes, including performance guarantees and integrated facilities management contracts.
-Lead engineering and environmental sustainability initiatives and oversee the implementation of solutions.
-Train and mentor the engineering and technical services team.
-Formulate goals and strategies to align with organizational objectives.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).
-At least 10 years of experience in M&E consultancy and project management.
-Proficiency in Energy Management and Audit.
-Knowledge of Chiller Plant and air-conditioning system operation.
-Experience in the facilities management industry.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
