Duties & Responsibilities

Group Rewards

  • Oversee the compensation and performance management frameworks, policies and processes across Certis Group
  • Drive group wide initiatives (e.g. annual review cycles) related to compensation and performance management, working closely with HR counter parts across all markets
  • Partner Group Finance on salary budgets, tax and accounting matters
  • Cross train compensation teams across all markets to facilitate internal knowledge sharing of best practices
Executive Compensation
  • Drive the strategic development, design and implementation of all executive compensation programs, ensuring alignment with rewards philosophy and business objectives
  • Manage all aspects of executive compensation - including market benchmarking, salary increases, long and short term incentives and other employment policies for senior executives
  • Work closely with the CHRO to front Board and Compensation Committee related agenda, including making recommendations to senior management
International Mobility
  • Oversee the frameworks, policies and processes related to the international postings
  • Design and develop posting packages for staff who are being posted overseas
  • Manage issues related to overseas postings (e.g. tax, budgets, allowances etc)
  • HR Partner to all staff who are seconded overseas
Skills & Experience
  • Degree with 6 - 8 years of C&B experience, preferably in a multi-market organisation
  • Good understanding of local employment laws and C&B practices
  • Possess excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Dynamic, eager to learn, and able to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Possess good writing and communication skills
