This role will be a key position, partnering hand in hand with Director of Marketing to develop the creative proposition for Disney Adventure in Southeast Asia. You will establish the vision and deliver creative excellence to bring this dynamic ship to life for the consumer in Southeast Asia. You have a keen understanding of omni-channel creative and a proven track record of delivering award-winning creative campaigns. You thrive on getting the greatest creative work from your agency and direct report team. You will be a crucial part of supporting the successful introduction and sustainment of Disney Cruise Line\xe2\x80\x99s newest ship Disney Adventure to sail from Singapore beginning in 2025.
The Senior Manager, Creative shepherds the creative vision for Disney Adventure. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this individual will be instrumental in guiding and managing the creative agency, creative team members and any supporting freelance partners. Upholding the Disney Cruise Line brand and establishing a creative vision that blends the authenticity of Disney Cruise Line and the distinctly Southeast Asia style. Generating world-class work to maintain Disney standards while resonating deeply with consumers in the region. Driven by consumer insights you will mine for the human truth that drives the emotional connection of the creative proposition, providing creative guidance that leads to the strongest creative concepts both big picture and tactical executions. This role will be a source of inspiration for the team, thinking creatively with ideas that drive business momentum. On the pulse of pop culture with a keen understanding of the Disney brand. Partnering hand in hand with strategy and media planning to ensure timely delivery of world class creative that motivates and moves the consumer to action.
