JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Regional Manager, Credit Management to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Overseeing and managing end-to-end credit control operations of the business unit
• Analyze and monitor credit reports and alerts for potential risk adjustments
• Analyze customer accounts for potential credit limit adjustments
• Update and maintain Credit insurance coverage and associated reporting
• Adhere, implement, and improve the existing credit control policies of the business unit
• Review debtors regularly to reduce aged unpaid sums
• Ensure that cash collections is maximized and that quarterly targets are met
• Responsible for the production of ad hoc debt reports and portfolio analysis
• Liaise with internal and external parties to enhance existing credit risk policies
• Actively participate in digitalization projects for the business unit

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• University Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
• 10 years working experience, including knowledge of AR/Credit Management in Manufacturing industry preferred
• OTC Cycle Process Improvement & Control, Credit Risk Analysis & Management experience preferred
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Experience with SAP HANA is highly desirable
• Problem solving and analytical skills with a proactive management style to implement new processes is requirement
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and influencing skills are required
• Mindset for excellent process execution & continuous improvements
• Strong customer focus
