Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:ActiveSG aims to be the national movement for sport with an aspiration to be the largest sports club in Singapore, thus it is critical for us to understand and deliver the strategy both to attract members to come on board and to retain them. V2030R seeks to bring Sport as Strategy to bear through a strategy of partnerships to grow mindshare, thus the ability to grow collaborations is a key success factor. Role and Responsibilities: Engage both internal and external stakeholders in the formulation and designing of a customer engagement strategy and roadmap. Establish deep dive knowledge and understanding of the operating model of the Sport Centre, the technology systems that support the operations as well as our programme and products offering to synergise the deliverables and outcomes. Establish the implementation plan to bring the strategy to bear with clear timelines and delivery milestones, and secure the budget and resources required. Establish stakeholder engagement plan and drive internal and external stakeholder engagement and partnership. Create platforms to network and generate opportunities for innovation and collaboration. Pilot new projects through sports, lifestyle activities etc. and grow advocates who acknowledge the narrative of sport as strategy. Develop and implement membership recruitment strategies for both individual and corporates. Drive the development of segment outreach strategies and action plans. Sense makes segment specific insights and continually adapt engagement strategies for maximum results and impact. Review the registration process with the MMS team to streamline the process to onboard segments. Work with internal stakeholders for the development of the self-serve corporate portal. Develop and implement retention and reward strategies for individual and corporate members. Lead the identification and securing of partners with customised proposals that will achieve win-win for both parties. Expand on the product offerings for corporate membersWhat we are looking for:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: A Bachelor Degree in Marketing Communication, Commerce or similar field Preferably 12 years of management experience and working with vendors and/or users of which 5 years are in supervisory position. Experience in business management, membership recruitment and experience, customer experience design will be advantageous Good project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent team player An eye for details Able to multi-task and work under pressure Outgoing and enjoy playing sports The level of offer will commensurate with applicants\' experience and track records.
