V2030R seeks to bring Sport as Strategy to bear through a strategy of partnerships to grow mindshare, thus the ability to grow collaborations is a key success factor. Role and Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage both internal and external stakeholders in the formulation and designing of a customer engagement strategy and roadmap. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish deep dive knowledge and understanding of the operating model of the Sport Centre, the technology systems that support the operations as well as our programme and products offering to synergise the deliverables and outcomes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish the implementation plan to bring the strategy to bear with clear timelines and delivery milestones, and secure the budget and resources required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish stakeholder engagement plan and drive internal and external stakeholder engagement and partnership. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create platforms to network and generate opportunities for innovation and collaboration. \xe2\x80\xa2 Pilot new projects through sports, lifestyle activities etc. and grow advocates who acknowledge the narrative of sport as strategy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement membership recruitment strategies for both individual and corporates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive the development of segment outreach strategies and action plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 Sense makes segment specific insights and continually adapt engagement strategies for maximum results and impact. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review the registration process with the MMS team to streamline the process to onboard segments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with internal stakeholders for the development of the self-serve corporate portal. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement retention and reward strategies for individual and corporate members. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the identification and securing of partners with customised proposals that will achieve win-win for both parties. \xe2\x80\xa2 Expand on the product offerings for corporate membersWhat we are looking for:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 A Bachelor Degree in Marketing Communication, Commerce or similar field \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably 12 years of management experience and working with vendors and/or users of which 5 years are in supervisory position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in business management, membership recruitment and experience, customer experience design will be advantageous Good project management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent team player \xe2\x80\xa2 An eye for details \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to multi-task and work under pressure \xe2\x80\xa2 Outgoing and enjoy playing sports The level of offer will commensurate with applicants\' experience and track records.
