Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to address and resolve project and contractual issues.
  • Represent the company in client meetings and Performance Review/Steering Committee sessions.
  • Oversee project financials, ensuring adherence to and surpassing budgetary targets.
  • Enhance project profitability by implementing initiatives aligned with client objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations.
  • Supervise the utilization of CMMS for efficient project management.
  • Manage Addition & Alteration (A&A), Repair & Redecoration (R&R), and other project tasks.
  • Establish and refine best practices, processes, and SOPs.
  • Contribute operational insights as a member of the Bid Management Team.
  • Implement Lean Six Sigma (LSS) or other methodologies for process improvement and increased productivity.
  • Drive innovation and the integration of new processes and technologies in collaboration with the Operations Technology Development team and other relevant partners.
Skills & Experience
  • Hold a Bachelor\'s Degree in Facilities Management or a related field.
  • Possess 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Facilities Management projects or real estate initiatives.
  • Preferably, demonstrate expertise in commercial and/or industrial Facilities Management.
  • Exhibit robust people management skills.
  • It is essential to have excellent written communication and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience in contract management is advantageous.
  • Showcase strong analytical abilities.
  • Demonstrate creativity in problem-solving.
