Work you will do This role sits within the Customer and Marketing (C&M) team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which is a part of Deloitte that uses technology and creativity to better connect the customer with the business. As part of Marketing and Commerce (M&C), you will work with team to help our clients with their Creative Design and Innovation, Advertising and Branding, Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce and Customer Experience Platform. You will: Lead complex engagements, working with cross-functional stakeholders in commerce, marketing, IT and business to implement commerce transformation programmes. You will be a trusted advisor to our clients and will work closely with them in shaping major commerce transformation programmes and identify business opportunities ahead of the curve. You will drive the development of proposals, presentations and publications in response to market demands You will oversee and provide directions to the project teams in undertaking IT assessments, critically examine alignment of technology elements against key business priorities, develop recommendations and advise on appropriate strategies, governance, architecture, and innovations to optimize the configuration of clients' operations. Responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services to clients. This includes overall planning, organizing, designing, integrating, and delivery of all services prioritized in alignment with the client's expectations and business needs. You will work closely with senior-level stakeholders to provide status updates and progress reports on project deliverables. You will lead the delivery of workshops with the client, as well as provide subject matter expertise in addressing issues that may be raised during key presentations. You will take responsibility for managing the project teams and will be accountable for all work products developed by the project teams. In leading teams to deliver impact to clients through the project, you will leverage expertise in digital commerce to enable client's strategic agenda and employ business-oriented mindset and use data-driven solutions to drive transformation agenda and achieve results Manage sales to fulfil vertical revenue with a focus on pipeline development, management, and closure to meet targets Develop cross-sector go-to-market strategy in close alignment with Commerce Service Offering. Enough About Us, Let's Talk About You If you are someone with: Minimum of 15 years of working experience with at least 8-10 years in digital commerce, route-to-market transformation, commerce operationalization and growth Practical experience implementing large scale B2B and B2C Commerce projects on Adobe or Salesforce Commerce Solid understanding of E-Commerce strategy including value chain and customer journey, user experience, technology and digital marketing concepts at senior level Clear ability to drive projects to successful, on-time completion and influence stakeholders and team members An accomplished people manager with more than five years talent management experience Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively synthe business requirements into technical outcomes for varied audiences Capable problem-solver that uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions Ability to maintain strong sales management focus during sales cycles that are typically six to nine months in duration Demonstrated ability to manage often complex negotiations with senior-level business and technology executives Experience in dynamic situations and able to shift gears comfortably and effectively Global thinker that can discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues and project them into the future Experience in SEA/APAC
