Job Description

We are currently partnering with a listed real estate company in the search of Senior Finance Manager to handle their consolidation and reporting work.

• Preparation of consolidated quarterly forecast as well as budget preparation and analysis reports at the Group level for reporting to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive the annual budgeting process.
• Review group consolidation of financial statements including cashflow statement.
• Preparation of Group monthly management reports and variance analysis.
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual finance reporting.
• Work with external auditors to ensure smooth audit closing.
• Partner with business units and finance shared services.
• Review finance accounts prepared by the finance shared services.
• Year-end preparation of statutory financial statements and disclosure schedules.
• Assist in compliance reporting matters.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company's assets and interests.
• Assist in the standardization and improvement of processes and procedures.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimally Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in group consolidation & reporting function.
• Experience working in listed companies or REIT is an advantage.
• Hands on experience with SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Able to work independently under tight schedules and fast paced environment
