In 2022, we published Dislyte under the Farlight Games brand, and it has since been available in more than 200 countries with over 1.2 million downloads within the first week of launch. More upcoming games, including Farlight 84, Boom Party, an unreleased title with the codename "SAMO", and many others, will be released soon.
The Farlight Games team in Singapore is poised to grow rapidly and make spectacular games. That\'s where you come in. We\'re hiring a User Acquisition Manager (Southeast Asia).
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the art department to produce high-quality game content that sets industry standards.
- Define and maintain the game\xe2\x80\x99s art style across all elements.
- Mentor and provide guidance to artists at all levels of development.
- Create and maintain art briefs, reference guides, and style documentation to guide internal and external art teams.
- Collaborate with external companies to ensure consistency of style and quality across all game assets.
- Work with department leads and stakeholders to ensure art direction aligns with client requirements and game vision.
Job Requirements
- A degree from a recognised university, preferably in a subject such as games art, computer games modelling or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in managing multi-disciplinary game artists team.
- Proficiency in both 2D and 3D software.
- A strong understanding of human behavior & anatomy.
- A thorough understanding of visual language will be your base knowledge - shape, space, perspective, lighting, composition, proportion, and balance are innate to the role of a game artist.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Candidates with prior experience in the gaming company.
