Job Summary:

Provide leadership and management in the areas of Product Transfers and Network Optimization. Develop the strategy for Asia with Supply Chain and Product Management and take accountability in working with customers, plant and corporate resources to ensure key strategic projects are executed on time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the execution of Plant Product Transfers (NetOps) for the AP Region in line with the Global Containment Strategy. This includes risk assessments, TTEP execution and managing customer approvals.

Communicates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that client commitments are followed through during design and deployment.

Ensure the use of Program Management Best Practices to manage overall scope, time, and budget. Drive accountability and execute programs to achieve committed milestones & deliverables.

Lead and support continuous improvement projects throughout the global containment organisation. Projects should be focused on waste reduction and generate cost savings through operational efficiency gains.

Maintain clear communication paths with all functional stakeholders and be the voice and guardian of the overall key network optimization programs within the value stream for effective integration and execution.

Lead and manage within the complexity of the Network across 3 sites in 3 countries aligned to common goals.

Co-chair timely, efficient and action-oriented Project Team meetings and responsible for coordinating highly complex team operations and communication.

Partner with project leaders to develop, gain approval, and execute on the project strategy

Leads the development of project milestones and schedule values/billings project (operating margins).

Conforms with and abides by all country specific regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering or Applied Sciences

Strong Business Knowledge and Pharma Key Customer exposure

Result driven with strong ability to influence key stakeholders

Strong knowledge and understanding of financial data

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Extensive experience in Program Management

+ 10 years in an Operational Role at West

Fluent in English

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Certification in Business Administration

Travel Requirements:

Must be prepared to travel globally up to 20% of time

Physical & Mental Requirements:

Manufacturing environment up to 20% of the time.

Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Must be able to understand and interpret complex business concepts.
