Responsibilities

Commit to cost efficiency through the development of strategic sourcing programs and standardisation of technical specifications

Organise group contract tender, negotiate favorable contractual terms and conditions

Oversee and track the implementation of group contracts in different purchasing activities globally

Implement standardised tools and procedures to improve purchasing efficiency

Liaison with Strategic Business Units (SBU) and assist to promulgate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) practices in the implementation of group contracts in different projects and operations

Assist to strengthen group contracts through regular benchmarking, periodical review and supplier performance evaluation

Manage and assist to enhance the group database for suppliers

Lead the development of performance-driven supplier management process, communicate with group contract suppliers periodically and obtain structured feedback from SBU clusters

Implement and maintain group procurement policies. Assist to review and ensure relevance and conformance with best practices. Track compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Support procurement automation process, initiatives, data analytics and reporting

Requirements

Preferred degree in Information Technology or procurement related

Minimum of 8 years working experience in information technology or procurement related area

Cost and contract management experience in information technology related area would be advantageous

Possess good organization and coordination skills

Prudent and good team player

Be prepared to travel occasionally for this position
