Responsibilities

Oversee the data management, HR payment(non-payroll) and claims administration functions in HR Shared Services.
Serve as the Data Steward for HR system (Employee Central, Onboarding & Claims) in ensuring data accuracy & integrity.
Serve as the Product Owner for Pfile Digitalization and oversee vendors, payment and Pfile server related matters.
Accountable for SLA deliverables and achievement of division workplan.
Lead projects, streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
Proactively engage stakeholders on service-related matters.
Promote the HR Shared Services values in Quality, Efficiency, and Service.

Requirements

At least 12 years of relevant HR experience (including 5 years or more leadership experience).
Strong HR system, MS Office, SharePoint knowledge.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Demonstrate strong planning and organizing skills and able to handle complex issues independently.
Excellent communication, interpersonal & stakeholder management skills.
Exhibit strong people management skills and competent in motivating and developing team(s)
