What the role is
You will be part of the Human Resource Division that fosters the holistic development and growth of our teams and people. As the HRIS Manager, you will be in charge of all HR systems, including security administration and end user experience.
What you will be working on
As the lead for HR’s systems, your key duties are: • Responsible for HRIS’ administration, maintenance and data integrity • Identify process improvements and champion changes to optimise the use of technology • Review technology solutions and work closely with both IT and HR process owners to ensure that solutions recommended by IT and vendors meet business needs • Work closely with HR process owners and system owner of Workday (ie PSD) in order to implement new policies/procedures as well as to follow-up on day-to-day issues. • Key liaison officer with PSD on all Workday matters • Monitor system performance and resolve issues • Oversee HR’s digitalisation efforts (eg e-PRF system) and other Knowledge Management initiatives to facilitate information sharing within the division, while also aligning with MPA’s overall digitalisation efforts • Oversee the maintenance of personnel data filing system • Provide advice/support on any other systems (not within HR) that interface with HR systems
What we are looking for
• At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in managing HR-related systems, with a degree related to computing preferred. • Familiar with Workday. • Meticulous, independent and possess high level of initiative to drive process change • Strong analytical, planning and project management skills. • Experience in understanding and translating the priorities of the business and integrating the HR value proposition to meet the needs of the business. • Ability to influence and manage change and deal effectively with change management initiatives. • Able to prioritise tasks well and work around tight timelines in a fast-paced environment. • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
