Responsibilities:
- Formulate all operational matters for HR Shared Services
- Assist to grow and enhance process design, implementation, and change management
- Develop process standardization across the group
- Execute data administration and deliver applicable services to employees and managers throughout the employee life cycle
- Responsible for the management of the central knowledge repository on policy and relevant standards
- Monitor and ensure execution of all governance, controls and policies focusing on HR administration
- Facilitate business improvement initiatives across HR Shared Services to align activities with business objectives
Job Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in HR Shared Services
- Experience in setting up / running HR Shared Services Center
- Strong stakeholder management skills and can work well in a team
