You will assist in the development of functional competency frameworks for the client.
You are required to work with the stakeholders to develop, implement and review competency frameworks for their domain.
You will also support the performance and talent management team in implementing and administering of performance and\xe2\x80\x8btalent management activities.
You may be required to participate in other HR-related work and initiatives if needed.
Job Requirements:
Some relevant working experience particularly in competency development & implementation would be a bonus.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
