The CompanyOur client is a prominent market leader in real estate investment company with porfolios spanning across APAC and Europe region.The RoleThis role reports to the Group Head of Internal Audit and as well as the Head of Corporate Governance.You shall be responsible for planning and executing the internal audit fieldwork and procedures, which includes from the audit focus, resource support & allocation to interviewing key personnel and process owners, reviewing key documents that describe existing policies and procedures and perform walkthroughs and testing of key controls.You shall develop audit recommendations and discuss and agree with Management on the action plans to implement the recommendations; report the internal audit findings to the Audit Committee. Besides, you will be involved in other ad-hoc corporate governance, attestation, policies & procedures reviews, investigations and internal control projects as determined by Senior Management and the Audit Committee.Your ProfileYou should possess a Bachelor's degree in finance & accounting or business management with at least 8 to 10 years of experience in internal audit or risk management function. Prior experience with consulting firms in internal audit department and exposure in real estate indsutry are highly preferred. You must be able to travel between 30% to 50% in the region and work independently. Strong ability to write reports of high quality and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
