The Opportunity:

Develop and implement process excellence initiatives aligned with strategic HR goals.
Establish a process excellence framework and best practices for HR.
Manage a team of service design vendors, providing direction and feedback.
Benchmark HR processes against industry standards and incorporate innovations.
Collaborate with HR COEs, Risk, Business Units, and IT to identify and implement process improvements.
Utilize tools like Lean Six Sigma and Value Stream Mapping for process improvement.
Lead projects to map current and future state processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions.
Support the onboarding of HR technology and translate processes into business requirements.
Develop metrics to monitor process performance and measure impact.
Provide training on process excellence concepts and tools to HR partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Your Background:

Bachelor\'s degree or higher in HR, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in business process improvement or optimization roles.
Proven track record in driving process improvements and delivering value.
Expertise in research and user testing techniques (e.g., customer journey mapping, usability testing).
