Job Summary:
- Company background: Singapore listed offshore marine
- Working location: West Singapore
- Working days & hrs: 5 days, (Mon to Thurs: 8AM to 6PM, Fri: 8AM to 5PM)
- Salary range: up to S$7000 (dep on exp) + VB
- Company transport provided at designated pick-up points.
- Responsible to run and manage the leasing operations as the Head of Leasing Department
- Manage and maximize revenue on current fleet of equipment/assets
- Leasing contract discussion and negotiation for products included boom lift, forklift, air-compressor and others
- Understanding of market dynamics and customers\' needs, and increase customer satisfaction on service delivery
- Direct activities to limit costs, improve machine\'s reliability and safety, streamline work processes and improve workflow
- Responsible for the overall Environmental & Safety Performance
- Ensure that all employees correspond to the Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Management System
