We are looking for a passionate and professional Senior Manager to join our Product team. Based in Singapore and reporting into the Senior Director, the incumbent will lead market strategies and carry out product development for all games of chance including non-regulated games using data analytics. However, we also recognize that each individual has a unique blend of skills. Whether your strength is in product management or operations management, we want to talk to you. What You’ll Do

• You will lead and conduct analysis and review of sales performance of Lottery through comparison of performance assessment through data analytics
• You will direct the development of regular content for the promotion of Lottery & Sports content to stay relevant, create interest among customers at retail points, online platforms and other digital communications, and educate internal stakeholders on new product and feature offerings
• You will conduct periodic review and amendment of Lottery Game Rules in response to planned changes in game structure
• You will manage and oversee the collation of Sports events in accordance with SPPL-approved competitions lists
• You will review and assess business requirements, ensuring the project goals are achieved during project development and management
• You will act as role model for staff, discuss gaps and accomplishments, celebrate their outcomes, reinforce the shared values and clarify failures and setback
• You will provide support to identify and understand the demands of different market segments through deep understanding of customers’ motivations and lead in developing appropriate product or feature innovations using insights from data analytics

Who You Are

• You will need a Degree preferably in Mathematics / Business /Marketing and related fields.
• You will need at least 8 years’ working experience in operations management/product development and research works.
• You should have in-depth knowledge of the gaming products focusing on football & lottery markets.
• Experience in analysing data and using analytical and reporting tools would be useful.
• You should be an organised person with a high level of attention to details and critical thinking skills.
• You should be a strong team player with good inter-personal and communication skills.
• You should be adept in using the PC and the related betting applications.
• You should be efficient in processing large amount of data and translating these into information.
• You should be apt in managing conflicting deadlines and pressures.
• You should be able to communicate effectively, written and verbally.
