What the role is
As an AM/M/SM(Perf Reporting), you will be involved in the review, development and implementation of strategies related to Performance Reporting and Population Health. You will be working in a fast-paced and highly stressful environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
What you will be working on
i) Performance Reporting Support MOH’s implementation of performance reports to drive improvement in clinical quality delivered by our healthcare institutions. Responsibilities include analysing data to develop reports and understand drivers for individual healthcare institutions’ performance, as well as facilitating discussion with stakeholders to facilitate sharing of best practices to encourage wider adoption. ii) Population Health Support the measurement of MOH’s National Population Health Indicators initiative and to monitor the progress over various time horizons. Responsibilities include working with various stakeholders to define and agree on a joint set of key performance indicators for monitoring, target settings and periodic reporting of performance.
What we are looking for
• 1 to 2 years of experience in health information management/ data analysis in a healthcare environment will be an added advantage. • Knowledge in research and statistics, as well as Financing, Economics, Healthcare Quality and Benchmarking will be an added advantage. • Knowledge of using statistical/ data visualisation applications such as SPSS, MS Access, Tableau, R, Python, and SQL will be an advantage. • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint. • Proactive, able to work independently and as a team • Aptitude for rigorous analytical thinking and policy work • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Good interpersonal skills • Ability to lead project teams, and work well with groups from diverse disciplines • As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment
