As a Manager/Senior Manager with the Ageing Planning Office, you will play a pivotal role in shaping national policies and programs to address the unique challenges posed by Singapore\'s ageing population. Our team\'s mission is to enable our seniors to age actively and healthily in the community. Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 You will be part of our team that leads the formulation, evaluation of policy frameworks for centre-based care services. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, WOG agencies and other key stakeholders such as private service providers to develop integrated solutions \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and assess the impact of implemented policies and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and adaptation to the evolving needs of Singapore\'s ageing population \xe2\x80\xa2 You will be working in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time. \xe2\x80\xa2 For SM\'s role, it will have supervisory responsibilities requiring the individual to lead a small team.What you will be working on:
