What you will be working on:
As part of the CEA Corporate Development team, you will: Manage procurement operations (GeBIZ), including reviewing procurement submissions, providing guidance to divisions on procurement-related matters; Ensure internal procurement processes are in place and raise staff's awareness on procurement guidelines; Review procurement and financial policies, guidelines and SOPs in alignment with the Government Instruction Manuals; Ensure proper documentations and be involved in procurement and finance related internal and external audits; Assist in the preparation of annual and supplementary budgets; Monitor the utilisation of operating and development grant and assist in management reporting; and Ensure the smooth running of CEA's office and management of office maintenance contracts; Be involved in any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
