What the role is:You will be part of a team that develops strategies and supporting policies on the management of data, including frameworks to govern data security and protection. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time. Selected candidates will be employed under Synapxe Pte Ltd.What you will be working on:

• Formulate policies and frameworks on the management of data \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and refine ongoing programmes on data security and data protection \xe2\x80\xa2 Consolidate, track and report progress of data security and protection programmes \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with data-related processes, including risk assessments \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate approaches to protect data

What we are looking for:Work Experience, Competencies and Personal Traits An ideal candidate should possess the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum of 5 years\' experience in data-related work, preferably in the healthcare and/or public sector. \xe2\x80\xa2 Education in Computer Science, Health Sciences, Health Informatics or related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in developing and implementing strategies and policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strategic thinking, and an ability to work through operational details. \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous, and able to work with granular data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of the use of data in a healthcare environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent command of the English language with strong written and oral communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Thinking Clearly & Making Sound Judgements - Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to support the crafting of sound policy recommendations; ability to grasp timelines and operating context. \xe2\x80\xa2 Learning & Putting Skills into Action - Possesses the drive and curiosity to learn and apply new skills, knowledge and new ways of working. \xe2\x80\xa2 Improving & Innovating - Ability to seek continual improvements, and to innovate and experiment while managing the risks involved. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working Effectively with Stakeholders - Ability to mobilise and rally partners and stakeholders towards a collective purpose.
